svolta stands for the achievement of significant turning points and sustainable change. 

Aline Stoll is the founder of svolta and manages all mandates. She specialises in organisational development in the public sector. She draws on her many years of multi-sector experience  in organisational consulting and training.

Thanks to a network and cooperation with experts from practice and science, svolta can count on interdisciplinary competences depending on the client’s issues.

Participative and co-creative: svolta designs processes in which the developed solutions are more successfully implemented through participation and involvement. 

Knowledge and evidence-based: Successful development is always based on our own strengths, the experience of inspiring examples and evidence from data. That’s why we work with scientific literature, draw on practical experience and make evidence-based suggestions. 

Courageously exploring new paths: Behind every challenge are opportunities, be it in the use of new technologies or in the further development of our own competences. With svolta, these paths are ventured and the learning curves are travelled together.

I am convinced that new ways of working will be needed in the future. I dedicate myself intensively to agile forms of organisation and the implications of digital transformation for people, organisations and society. I adopt the following values when working together:

01. Appreciation of values

What values are important to you, employees and partners? Only when we know the values can we appreciate them and use their potential for personnel and organisational development in a people-centred and value-oriented way.

02. Trust in collaboration

How can we jointly develop organisations and teams? Through trusting relationships, which I also consider to include a clear commitment to responsibility, continuous dialogue, transparency in communication and openness to change. Without trust, it is not possible to focus on results and quality.

03. Continuous learning and development

How can we become better? By constantly questioning and challenging ourselves. This is also what the agile way of working is about: success through adaptability, through process clarity with a certain degree of openness in terms of contents.

Work experience and qualfications

  • 6 years as project manager and lecturer at the ZHAW School of Management and Law
  • 2019 CAS Higher and Professional Education ZHAW 
  • 10 years as a consultant at PwC, with a focus on organisational development, business technology and people & change and trainer at the company’s own Advisory University
  • 3 years Co-leading economic promotion for a canton
  • 3 years working in business development for PwC
  • 1.5 years ad interim HR manager at a MedTech company 
  • Since 2009 Lecturer at various educational institutions 
  • Certificates in Strategility (agile strategy development), Design Thinking, Coaching, Change Management, IT Service Management and various communication and presentation techniques
  • 2007 Degree in Sociology, Economics and Business Administration (Personnel and Organisation) as well as Work and Organisational Psychology
